1. Use of Website & Agreement
By accessing or using the Spring Green website, placing an order, or registering an account, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
2. Order Acceptance & Availability
Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not constitute our legal acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Spring Green reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, modify, or decline your order, or any portion thereof, due to unfulfilled stock, seasonal availability, or verification failure.
If any product in your order becomes unavailable due to morning mandi harvests, our team will contact you to offer a suitable fresh alternative or issue an immediate refund for the missing item.
3. Pricing & Market Fluctuations
All prices on Spring Green are stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs.). Because our vegetables, fruits, and fresh produce are sourced directly from daily wholesale mandis, product prices and availability may fluctuate according to daily market rates and are subject to change without prior notice.
The price confirmed at checkout will be the final billed price for your order.
4. Delivery Area Restriction (Lahore Only)
📍 Delivery is strictly restricted to Lahore, Pakistan.
Orders submitted for delivery outside the municipal limits of Lahore will be automatically cancelled and refunded in full. Customers must provide a complete Lahore street address and reachable Pakistani phone number.
5. Limitation of Liability for Delays
While we make every effort to deliver your groceries within your selected time slot (Morning, Afternoon, or Evening), Spring Green is not liable for delayed deliveries resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). These include, but are not limited to:
- Heavy rainfall, monsoon flooding, or seasonal fog/smog conditions in Lahore.
- Severe traffic gridlocks, security road diversions, or VIP route blockages.
- Incorrect or unreachable phone numbers, or absent recipient at the delivery address.
In the event of an unavoidable delay, our support team will proactively inform you via WhatsApp or telephone to reschedule at your convenience.
6. Governing Law & Contact Details
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lahore.
